**Overview**
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Analyst with expert-level proficiency in Excel. The ideal candidate will also possess strong customer service skills to support administrative functions within our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
Analyze complex data sets using advanced Excel techniques, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
Develop insightful reports and dashboards that drive business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to data reporting.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients for follow-up actions as necessary.

**Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis roles, specifically utilizing Excel at an expert level.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex information clearly.
Excellent communication skills for both internal collaboration and external client interaction.
**Preferred Skills**
Experience with other analytical tools
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
