Data Analyst Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with a strong background in auditing and data management. This full-time position requires a commitment of 30+ hours per week, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in quality assurance (QA), quality improvement (QI), or data analysis, with a proven track record of working with spreadsheets like Google Sheets and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits on Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Audit payroll and HR processes using Gusto, identifying any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Review and analyze data within the "Yellow Box" system, filtering reports to extract and highlight specific information.
- Utilize advanced spreadsheet functions to organize, filter, and analyze large datasets effectively.
- Apply strong analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure data integrity and accuracy in all audits and reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA, QI, or data analysis.
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Excel for data auditing and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all reports and audits are conducted with accuracy and precision.
- Experience in filtering reports and identifying specific data points within large datasets.
