Job Title: Production Analyst (Remote)
Location: Remote (PST Hours)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Production Analyst to join our team in a key role responsible for producing high-quality investigative reports. You will work closely with cutting-edge AI transcription tools to transcribe, draft, and finalize client-ready reports from various recorded materials, such as interviews and case files. This role requires excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Review Case Files & Recorded Materials:
*Listen to and analyze audio and/or video interview recordings, case files, and other materials.
*Extract relevant information to craft comprehensive and accurate reports.

AI Transcription:
*Utilize AI software (such as transcription tools powered by advanced technology like ChatGPT) to transcribe audio recordings with high accuracy.
*Ensure all transcription is clear, accurate, and formatted correctly for report generation.

Draft & Finalize Investigative Reports:
*Use AI-powered writing tools to help draft investigative reports based on transcriptions and case details.
*Ensure that reports are well-organized, professionally written, and meet high-quality standards for grammar, spelling, formatting, and consistency (including the correct spelling of names, places, and other important details).

Quality Control & Polished Final Deliverables:
*Review and edit reports to ensure they are client-ready, meeting both internal and external quality standards.
*Maintain high attention to detail in ensuring all aspects of the report, from language to formatting, are consistent and error-free.

Collaboration & Adaptability:
*Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to ensure timely delivery of reports.
*Respond to feedback and make revisions quickly to maintain productivity and meet deadlines.

Time Management:
*Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple reports simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
*Continuously adapt to shifting priorities and work efficiently to complete tasks on time.


Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:
Exceptional Written Communication Skills:
*Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and grammatically correct reports.
*Strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure documents are free of errors.

Proficiency with Software & Tools:
*Solid proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook for communication and document management.
*Tech-savvy, with a preference for candidates who have prior experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, transcription software, or similar tools to streamline workflow.

Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills:
*Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing case files, transcriptions, and reports.
*Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks or projects efficiently.

Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment:
*Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
*Quick to adapt to new tools, technologies, and changing priorities.

Autonomy & Team Collaboration:
*Capable of working independently once trained, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results autonomously.
*Comfortable collaborating remotely in a team setting, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.


Technical Requirements:
Hardware:
*A high-performance computer that is capable of handling AI-powered transcription software and large files.
*Dual monitors (or one large monitor) to optimize workflow and multitask efficiently.
*A webcam for participating in regular team meetings, where cameras must be on during calls.

Internet Connectivity:
*A reliable, high-speed internet connection to ensure smooth communication and task completion.


Work Schedule:
Core Business Hours (PST):
*Must be available during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours for training purposes.

Post-Training Flexibility:
*Once you’re fully trained and autonomous, you can enjoy flexibility with your working hours.
The option to start shifts as early as 3 AM or 4 AM PST is available, offering flexibility in terms of when your day begins.
