Project Duration: 6-7 months (Temporary/Contract)

-9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Eastern Time OR
-9:00 PM - 11:00 PM Eastern Time

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Data Specialist to join our team for a 6-7 month project. You will be responsible for formatting, cleaning, and preparing scraped data for integration into our website. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver structured and accurate data consistently.

Responsibilities:
-Format and standardize raw data from various sources into defined templates and structures.
-Validate data accuracy and consistency, correcting errors as necessary.
-Coordinate closely with our development team to ensure data compatibility.
-Document formatting processes and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
-Regularly participate in scheduled meetings within specified Eastern Time windows.

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Data Specialist or similar role.
-Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication).
-Proficiency with data formatting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, CSV, JSON, XML).
-Strong attention to detail and data quality standards.
-Ability to adhere strictly to deadlines and manage time efficiently.
-Must reliably attend virtual meetings within required time windows.

Preferred Skills:
-Experience working with web-scraped data.
-Basic familiarity with databases and data integration techniques.
-Problem-solving attitude and proactive communication skills.
