Data Reporting VA

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) with expertise in report creation and data analysis. The ideal candidate must have strong experience working with NetSuite and Google Sheets, and also be familiar with HubSpot and Shopify. This role involves generating detailed reports, managing data, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting across multiple platforms. The ability to interpret data and present it in a clear, actionable format is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

-Create, analyze, and maintain reports in NetSuite, leveraging built-in tools and custom report functionalities.
-Build dynamic and interactive reports in Google Sheets using formulas, pivot tables, charts, and other data manipulation tools.
-Integrate data from HubSpot, Shopify, and other platforms to create comprehensive reports that align with company goals.
-Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple platforms to support data-driven decision-making.
-Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports by regularly auditing and validating information from multiple sources.
-Work closely with teams from sales, marketing, operations, and finance to understand reporting needs and provide actionable insights.
-Customize and automate recurring reports to optimize efficiency and improve turnaround time.
-Troubleshoot report-related issues, such as data inconsistencies or report generation errors, and work with technical teams as needed to resolve them.
-Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in creating reports in NetSuite (previous experience and knowledge is required and must be proven).
-Proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and chart creation.
-Familiarity with HubSpot and Shopify reporting tools and data export/import processes is a plus.
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
-High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

-Reliability and Integrity: Dependable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Schedule: Available for approximately 4-6 hours a day between 9am-5pm (Pacific Time) Mon-Fri

Reports To: Marketing and Operations

Pay: $8 USD /hr

Work Location: Remote
