Data Mining and Appointment Setter

The Data Mining and Appointment Setter role is critical for the company's lead generation and appointment-setting process. This position involves data mining across various procurement platforms and internal systems to generate sales leads, and setting appointments for the sales team to close deals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills and be well-versed in the Australian construction, manufacturing, and renewable energy sectors.

Responsibilities Daily/Weekly Cadence:

1) Data mining within MS365 folders to identify and re-engage old clients.
2) Utilize SaaS platforms such as Go High Level, ICN Gateway, and Lead Manager to generate and track leads.
3) Cold call prospective clients and set appointments for the sales team.
4) Manage lead generation through Go High Level and provide suggestions to enhance the system.
5) Create and manage EDM campaigns for bulk lead generation.
6) Maintain clear and detailed records of leads generated, including key contact information.
7) Generate weekly reports on leads, appointments set, and conversions.
8) Job Applicant Data Collection from SEEK: Manually gather job applicant data from SEEK and enter it into the internal workforce platform to progress onboarding.

Desirable Qualifications and Skills Required:

1) Strong English communication skills, particularly for phone conversations with potential clients.
2) Excellent data mining and analytical skills for lead generation.
3) Proficiency with platforms like Go High Level, ICN Gateway, Altenergy, MS Office Suite (Excel, Teams).
4) Familiarity with the Australian construction, manufacturing, and renewable energy sectors.
5) Sales/appointment setting experience and ability to influence decision-makers.
