Position Overview
The Data Integration Specialist Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the Data Integration team, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments, and delivering high-quality reports to support organizational goals. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and strategic insight to drive data integration initiatives and reporting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage the Data Integration team to ensure effective task completion and professional development.
Set clear goals and expectations for the team, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
Oversee the execution of data integration and reporting projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, corporate, and IT departments, to streamline workflows and address data needs.
Reporting and Analysis
Take responsibility for creating, managing, and distributing key reports, including:
Referrals Report: Track referral trends and sources for strategic planning.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Report: Provide insights into team and organizational performance metrics.
Corporate/Clinical Report: Compile and present data relevant to corporate and clinical decision-making.
Providers Productivity Report: Analyze provider performance and productivity metrics.
Graft Logs Application Report: Manage data related to graft logs and their applications.
Patient List and Caseload of Accepted Patients Report: Maintain detailed records of accepted patients and their respective caseloads.
Qulifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data integration, reporting, or analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience working in healthcare, corporate, or IT environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in data integration tools and techniques (e.g., ETL processes, APIs).
- Strong command of reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or SQL-based systems).
- Advanced knowledge of databases, query writing, and data management principles.
- Familiarity with healthcare-related data systems or HIPAA compliance is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, set clear goals, and track performance metrics.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in overseeing cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
