Key Responsibilities:
Enter bills and send invoices to customers using QuickBooks.
Update our system with new item information.
Organize and maintain accurate records in Google Sheets.
Research suppliers and gather product information for new items.
Assist with inventory management and resource sourcing.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in QuickBooks for entering bills and sending invoices.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Sheets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
