Below are the following duties as follows:

Order Ticket Fulfillment (Data Entry Based)
Surface level, on-chat support provided to clients
Notation of customer information sent to us; you will enter this data via Google Sheet.

You have access to a moderate to high speed internet connection, paired with a moderate - high specification PC, or workstation to handle the programs you will be running.
You have prior experience dealing with the resolution and handling of customer queries or issues that may arise.

What Programs will you be running?

You will utilize both Telegram and other programs for order fulfillment.

Payment

Experienced workers can expect to make anywhere from $5.00 hourly - $15.00 hourly, purely dependent on fulfillment speed. Our base pay is $5.00/hr.

Schedule

We recommend all workers work during U.S. daylight hours, as operations will take place domestically within the United States.
