JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. This remote role is ideal for a candidate with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The position will begin as part-time, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in Excel, Google Sheets, and other platforms.
Perform data cleaning, validation, and organization to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Create and maintain spreadsheets with advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, and conditional formatting.
Perform regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
Collaborate with team members to gather and input data as required.
Assist with generating reports and summaries for decision-making purposes.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Follow established processes and suggest improvements for greater efficiency.

Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced features (e.g., VLOOKUP, macros, and data visualization).
Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday, Slack).
Knowledge of database management or CRM tools.
Familiarity with automating data entry tasks using scripts or tools.

Working Hours:
Part-time (flexible hours).
Potential to transition to full-time based on performance and company needs.
