About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to support our team with critical administrative tasks. This part-time role involves ensuring the accuracy and organization of essential data, with the opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and success of our operations.
Daily Tasks
- Verify commissions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Assist in distributing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to the correct parties.
- Maintain and update data records using Google Workspace tools.
- Collaborate with tea
- Communicate effectively to ensure tasks are completed promptly.
Experience Required
- Proficiency in basic computer operations.
- Typing efficiency with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
