JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input data into systems and databases in a timely manner.
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain data entry procedures and update information as needed.
Respond promptly to queries and tasks in a professional manner.
Manage and organize data files to ensure they are easy to access and maintain.
Provide support in data analysis and reporting when required.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:

Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Workspace.
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks.
Organization: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Responsive: Quick to respond to messages and meet expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: Prior experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus, but not required.
Internet Connection: A stable and fast internet connection for remote work.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with data management tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, Excel formulas, etc.).
Experience in a remote work environment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
