We are a dynamic and growing flooring business focused on delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. We seek a Data-Driven Content Creator and Marketing Specialist to join our team and help build our brand presence, create engaging content, and drive marketing initiatives using data-backed strategies.

Who We’re Looking For:
You are a creative and analytical thinker, passionate about content creation, social media management, and digital marketing. You have experience producing visually compelling content, a strong understanding of audience behaviour, and the ability to use data insights to inform your strategies. You are a self-starter who can balance creativity with an analytical approach and are excited about the opportunity to shape our brand’s identity and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Marketing:
- To enhance our social media presence, you will create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and graphics.
- Develop high-quality written content for posts, articles, and promotional materials that align with our brand voice.
- Plan and execute content calendars and marketing strategies using data insights and industry trends.

Social Media Management & Engagement:
- Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
- Use social media analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

Marketing Strategy & Analytics:
- Develop data-driven marketing strategies focusing on audience targeting, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics, such as engagement rates, ROI, and CPC, to refine strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and create actionable insights based on data analysis.

Branding & Rebranding:
- Assist in defining and refining the brand’s visual identity and voice.
- Contribute to future rebranding projects by providing insights, research, and creative direction.
- Ensure all content and messaging align with the brand strategy and resonate with target audiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, and social media management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, or other social media management tools.
- Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to create SEO-friendly content and optimize digital content for search engines.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail, service-based, or product-based industries.
- Understanding of customer segmentation, audience targeting, and data-driven marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising and PPC campaigns.
