JOB TITLE: Data & CRM Specialist (Commercial Real Estate)
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
TIME ZONE: Eastern Standard Time (New York) – Preferably with a minimum of four hours overlap.
SALARY: Starting USD $600-$800 per month (based on experience; promotions over time). Bonuses with excellent performance and we know about the 13th month!

ROLE SUMMARY:
Our commercial real estate brokerage (
• Outreach: Engaging in phone, text, and
• Database Management: Maintaining and updating our Zoho CRM system through tasks such as skip tracing, property record research, and handling CSV file imports/exports.
• Reporting: Developing organized spreadsheets and reports, including market surveys and property comparisons.
• Research: Investigating listings and comparable properties to support our brokerage activities.
• Documentation: Creating and updating Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Data Handling: Importing, exporting, and deduplicating data, as well as integrating information from various databases.
• Market Analysis: Generating comprehensive market surveys to inform strategic decisions.
• Property Information Management: Ensuring property details, such as addresses, APN/block/lot numbers, and ownership data, are accurate and current.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficient English Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English skills to effectively interact with U.S.-based brokers and tea
• CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Zoho, and competence in basic data entry tasks.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in managing extensive data sets and spreadsheets.
• Reliable Internet Connection: Stable internet access with the capability to make phone calls to U.S. professionals.
• Daily Reporting: Ability to provide a concise summary at the end of each workday, detailing progress, challenges, and other relevant information.
• Eagerness to Learn: A proactive attitude towards acquiring new knowledge and skills to enhance performance and personal growth.
