We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. This role is designed for a professional who excels in data analytics and medical billing experience is a HUGE PLUS, ensuring the smooth operation of our data-driven decision-making processes and billing functions.

Data Analytics Responsibilities:

Excel Data Expert - Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, and other complex formulas to analyze and interpret data.
Dashboard and Data Visualization - Create and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to provide actionable insights for the management team.
Sales Data Analysis - Analyze sales data, metrics, and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
Large Dataset Management - Efficiently work with large datasets in Excel to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.


Medical Billing Responsibilities

Claims Processing - Prepare and submit accurate medical claims to insurance companies and patients.
Payment Posting - Accurately post payments received from insurance companies and patients.
Billing Inquiries - Handle patient and insurance inquiries regarding billing issues, resolving discrepancies promptly.
Insurance Verification - Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits to ensure proper billing.
Denials Management - Manage and resolve claim denials, rejections, and appeals in a timely manner.
Compliance - Ensure all billing practices comply with current healthcare regulations and standards.
Record Keeping - Maintain accurate and organized patient billing records and documentation.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in data analytics with a strong focus on Excel.
-Expertise in creating data visualizations and dashboards.
-Solid understanding of sales metrics and KPIs.
-Ability to handle and analyze large datasets efficiently.
-Previous experience in medical billing and coding
-Familiarity with healthcare billing regulations and procedures
-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
