Job Description:
We are seeking a Data Analyst Virtual Assistant to help build automation systems, dashboards, and reports that will enable Snoice to become a data-driven dessert shop. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in data visualization, analytics, and automation to streamline decision-making processes. This role will support sales tracking, labor optimization, customer insights, and inventory management through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop KPI dashboards to track sales, labor efficiency, inventory levels, and customer engagement.
• Automate reports for weekly and monthly business performance reviews.
• Integrate data sources (Square, WhenIWork, QuickBooks, Google Suite) into a single reporting system.
• Analyze customer behavior to improve marketing, promotions, and loyalty strategies.
• Forecast sales and labor needs using AI-driven insights.
• Identify trends in inventory and product performance to reduce waste and improve profitability.
• Assist in financial analysis by tracking revenue, costs, and event profitability.
• Optimize operational workflows by automating data collection and reporting.
• Support decision-making by providing visual insights using charts, heatmaps, and trend analysis.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or automation.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Google Data Studio).
• Strong skills in Google Sheets, Excel (advanced), and SQL.
• Experience with automation and APIs (Square, QuickBooks Online, WhenIWork).
• Ability to build predictive models for sales, staffing, and inventory needs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate insights clearly.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
