Data Analyst (Real Estate) with REISift Experience

About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled Data Analyst with experience in real estate and familiarity with REISift to support our data management needs. You’ll work with various spreadsheets, manage data flows across software, and handle key financial reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage data in spreadsheets and support data import/export across platforms.
Process and pay invoices on time.
Generate, consolidate, and format monthly financial reports into PDF.
Maintain an up-to-date cash flow spreadsheet.
Transfer data to our rehab tracker for ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Data Analyst in real estate.
Proficiency with REISift and spreadsheet software (Excel or Google Sheets).
Detail-oriented and organized, with solid analytical skills.
Reliable with an ability to meet deadlines consistently.
