Data Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a Data Analyst to help us turn data into insights that drive our business forward. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining a data system that pulls information from multiple sources—including Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, and spreadsheets—and transforming it into clear, actionable reports. Your work will help shape our marketing strategies, product decisions, and overall business growth.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a data pipeline that integrates information from various sources (Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, spreadsheets, etc.).
• Create visually compelling and easy-to-understand dashboards using Looker Studio (or similar tools).
• Analyze trends and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to support decision-making with data-driven insights.

Qualifications:
• Experience with data integration and automation from multiple sources.
• Proficiency in Google Looker Studio, SQL, or other data visualization/reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights in a simple, meaningful way.
