Data Admin

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Admin to join our team. As a Data Admin, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and use of data systems, ensuring data quality and security, and providing strategic guidance on data management practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of databases, data analysis procedures, and data management flow.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee data collection, processing, and analysis procedures.
Manage data and ensure it is reflected and maintained in the company systems
Compile and organise findings and data retrieved before presenting it to management
Thorough understanding of management and data administration duties such as collection, analysis, and distribution
Prepare regular reports and presentations on data management metrics and progress.
Ensure data quality and integrity across databases and systems.
Manage data security and access controls to safeguard sensitive information.
Identify and implement data management tools and technologies.
Train staff on data management best practices and procedures.
Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.


Skills Needed
Proven experience as a Data Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of database management and project management systems (Clickup, Google Cloud, etc)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.


Preferred Qualifications
Experience in project management or leadership roles.
Experience with data security and privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
