Role Overview:

We are seeking a Data Acquisition Specialist to lead the process of acquiring public records and managing data collection from various sources. This role will involve overseeing the entire lifecycle of data acquisition—from submitting requests to tracking responses and integrating data into our systems. You will collaborate with government agencies and internal teams to ensure that all data is accurately gathered, processed, and made available for use by clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, submit, and manage data requests to government agencies, focusing on the acquisition of key public records such as vendor lists, purchase orders, and employee contacts.
• Work closely with procurement, finance, human resources, and other departments to collect critical data from public sources.
• Utilize Salesforce to track, manage, and categorize all data requests and responses, ensuring efficient data acquisition processes.
• Review and process incoming data responses, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper tagging (e.g., Bounced, Citizenship, Linked Form, Processing, Success, Declined, Paywall).
• Liaise with government agencies to clarify data requests, follow up on inquiries, and ensure compliance with public records regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, to ensure data is correctly processed, stored, and made accessible for commercial use.
• Support adherence to data acquisition policies and contribute to streamlining processes for improved efficiency.
• Recommend best practices to continuously improve data collection and management workflows.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of public records laws, including state-level transparency regulations
• Experience with data acquisition and public records management in a commercial context.
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce for tracking and managing the lifecycle of data acquisition processes.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple data requests and responses effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with government agencies and internal teams effectively.
• Prior experience working with public data or in a government-related environment is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package (including 13th-month pay and paid leaves).
• Opportunities to work with cutting-edge data technology alongside a talented and dynamic team.
• Flexibility with remote work options.
• Continuous professional development and growth opportunities.

How to Apply:

Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience in data acquisition and public records management.
