Daily Accountability Coach & Business Mentor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountability Coach and Business Mentor to help ensure daily productivity and strategic alignment with our goals. This role involves daily check-ins, motivational support, and possibly contributing to business tasks, particularly in the areas of marketing and sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in entrepreneurship, business coaching, or sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily check-ins via zoom call to discuss and review the day’s agenda.
Provide motivational support to maintain high levels of productivity.
Assist in strategizing and possibly executing tasks related to marketing and sales.
Offer insights and advice based on experience in managing and growing a business.
Help establish and maintain a daily schedule that optimizes time management and productivity.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a business coach, mentor, or entrepreneur, preferably with substantial experience in marketing and sales.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
Ability to commit to a schedule that aligns with 8 AM to 12 PM CST; flexibility within these hours as needed.
Strong motivational skills and the ability to encourage progress towards goals.
Capable of handling confidential information with utmost discretion.

Desirable:

Experience in a large business setting or significant entrepreneurial achievements.
Knowledge of effective marketing and sales strategies.
Comfortable with technology and using various communication platforms for daily check-ins.

Working Conditions:

This is a remote position requiring availability during the specified hours.
Part-time commitment, with the possibility of varying daily engagement based on task needs.
