**Job Title:** Art Director – DTC Brands Roll-Up

**Location:** Remote / Flexible (With occasional in-person meetings)

As we expand, we are looking for an experienced and visionary Art Director to join our dynamic team and elevate our brand identity across multiple channels.

**Position Overview:**
As the Art Director, you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of our diverse portfolio of DTC brands. Your role will involve leading and managing creative projects from concept through execution, ensuring that all design elements align with brand strategy, resonate with our target audience, and drive business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-impact creative solutions that elevate our brands in the highly competitive DTC space.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute visually compelling creative concepts and strategies for multiple DTC brands across various touchpoints (websites, digital ads, social media, packaging, etc.).
- Lead and inspire a team of designers and creatives, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure top-notch execution of all design projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual assets.
- Oversee the production of digital and print materials, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
- Manage creative briefs, timelines, and budgets for all projects.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive brands to provide innovative and fresh design solutions that set our brands apart.
- Ensure that all creative outputs align with each brand's voice, aesthetic, and business objectives.
- Work closely with marketing teams to optimize creatives for performance-driven results (e.g., digital ads, email marketing, and social media content).
- Conduct regular reviews of ongoing work to maintain quality and ensure projects align with overall strategic goals.

**Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or a related creative field, with a focus on DTC brands or eCommerce.
- Proven track record of leading and executing high-quality creative projects in fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of digital design, including responsive web design, social media best practices, and online advertising.
- Exceptional creative vision with the ability to translate strategic concepts into visually compelling designs.
- Experience managing a team of designers and fostering a collaborative, creative work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and justify design decisions to internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A portfolio showcasing your best work across various digital and print mediums.

**Bonus Points:**
- Experience with eCommerce branding, product packaging design, and creating designs for conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and the ability to work closely with developers to implement design across digital platforms.
- Experience in video production or motion design is a plus.
- Familiarity with design systems and tools like Figma.
