JOB OVERVIEW

As a DM Setter, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients through direct messaging on social media platforms. Your role will focus on building initial contact, introducing prospects to our services, and nurturing interest to set up appointments with our sales team. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and establishing valuable client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct Messaging Outreach: Initiate and manage high volumes of outbound direct messages to prospective clients across various social media platforms.
• Lead Engagement: Effectively engage prospects, introduce them to Monstertask's services, and nurture relationships to build interest.
• Appointment Setting: Identify qualified leads and coordinate with the sales team to set up appointments with potential clients.
• Follow-Up Communication: Conduct follow-up messaging to ensure client engagement and increase the likelihood of appointment scheduling.
• CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system and manage client details for efficient follow-up.
• Messaging Strategy: Adapt communication style to resonate with prospects, providing clear, concise, and compelling information about Monstertask's value.

Requirements:
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or lead generation, with a focus on direct messaging preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and convey value effectively.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage messaging schedules and followups effectively, ensuring high engagement rates.
• Results-Oriented: Target-driven approach with a commitment to achieving lead generation and appointment-setting goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in eCommerce, eLearning, or Real Estate sectors.
• Social Media Insight: Understanding of social media best practices for prospecting and engagement.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, stay organized, and proactively connect with leads
