DM Appointment Setter (Fitness/Swim Offer)

ABOUT THE POSITION
We are hiring an experienced DM Appointment Setter. You will start and maintain engaging conversations with potential leads using scripts, automations, and personalized messaging. You will primarily focus on setting qualified booked calls from leads generated on social media, email, and online. MySwimPro & Fares Ksebati brands have over 2.5M social media followers.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Deliver qualified booked calls for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects to improve call showup rate
- Review all onboarding materials, training programs, and attend training calls
- Familiarize yourself with our industry, offers, strategy and client acquisition funnel
- Communicate with the sales and marketing team with proposed improvements
- Use automation tools including ManyChat, GoHighLevel, Loom, and Slack
- Submit a daily update report with a loom video summary
- Commit to 8 hours of work per day, 5 days per week

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- The ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
- 3+ years of experience as an appointment setter for a direct to consumer offer
- 2+ years of experience as a social media DM appointment setter

BONUS POINTS IF YOU:
- Have experience setting calls for high-ticket fitness offers
- Have experience in influencer marketing
- Have worked as a virtual assistant

COMPENSATION:
- $5 USD Per Qualified Booked Call + $50 USD Bonus Per Closed Sale
- Anticipated compensation for a successful candidate: $1,200-1,500/month
- Additional Performance Bonuses Possible
