JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Expert with strong content creation expertise to drive our brand's online presence and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing strategies, a flair for creating compelling content, and the ability to analyze campaign performance to optimize results. This role blends creativity with data-driven decision-making to execute impactful marketing campaigns across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, search engines (SEO/SEM), and display advertising.
Identify trends and insights to optimize performance and enhance ROI.
Content Creation and Management
Create high-quality, engaging, and original content, including blog posts, social media posts, infographics, videos, and email newsletters.
Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing multimedia content.
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of campaigns.
Social Media Management
Plan, create, and schedule social media posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
Monitor engagement metrics, respond to comments/messages, and build community connections.
Stay updated on social media trends and algorithms to optimize reach and engagement.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media channels.
Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for on-page and off-page SEO.
Analytics and Reporting
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media insights.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
Generate reports to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.

Email
Marketing
Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
Manage subscriber lists, segment audiences, and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations.
Track email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates) and refine strategies accordingly.
Brand Management
Maintain brand consistency across all digital marketing channels and materials.
Ensure all content adheres to the brand voice, tone, and guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Trend Monitoring and Innovation
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Propose innovative ideas to enhance the brand’s digital footprint.
Test new strategies and platforms to expand audience reach and engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing and content creation roles.
Proven experience managing successful campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Competencies
Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Content Management Systems: Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace.
Design Skills: Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visual content.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and metrics to optimize campaigns and content strategies.
SEO Expertise: Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, as well as familiarity with keyword research tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting engaging content and collaborating with teams.
Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of various social platforms, their audiences, and trends.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
