1. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Creation & Setup: Building ad campaigns based on business goals (brand awareness, lead generation, conversions, etc.).
Audience Targeting: Selecting the right demographic, interests, behaviors, and locations to reach the most relevant audience.
Ad Budget Management: Allocating and monitoring the campaign budget to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Ad Optimization: Continuously improving ad performance through A/B testing, adjusting bidding strategies, and refining targeting.
Analytics & Reporting: Tracking and analyzing performance metrics (click-through rates, conversion rates, cost-per-click, etc.) and adjusting strategies accordingly.
2. Tools Used:
Google Ads: For search engine advertising, display ads, YouTube ads, etc.
Facebook
LinkedIn Campaign Manager: For creating and managing professional-focused ads.
Other Platforms: Bing Ads,
3. Skills Required:
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creativity: Designing compelling ads that resonate with the target audience.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with tracking pixels, conversion tracking, and setting up complex campaigns.
Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of consumer behavior, funnels, and customer journey.
pay is $300 a month usd + bonuses every month for completing goals
will work full time at our office location in Manila/bgc area
monday through friday with the weekends off so you can relax
1 hour break a day with paid lunch on fridays
8am-4pm is the hours
will be hiring 2 digital ad manager
will be required to come into the office to work
