JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated DApp QA Tester & Documentation Specialist to perform daily checks on our new app and provide thorough documentation of its features, user journey, and email communication flows. This is a full-time position that requires close attention to detail and consistent updates to ensure the app's quality, functionality, and user-friendliness.

The ideal candidate will test the app regularly, identify and report bugs, and document every aspect of the user experience. You will be instrumental in ensuring the app meets high-quality standards and provides a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities
1. Daily App Testing & Quality Assurance
a. Conduct daily checks on the app to ensure all features are functioning as intended.
b. Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, or inconsistencies in the app.
c. Collaborate with developers to address and resolve issues promptly.

2. User Journey Documentation
a. Test and document the entire user journey, from onboarding to advanced features.
b. Identify potential friction points or areas for improvement in the user experience.
c. Simulate common user actions and ensure the flow is logical and user-friendly.

3. Email Flow Review
a. Identify and review all automated email touchpoints, including:
a.1. Welcome emails
a.2. Transactional emails (e.g., confirmations, updates)
b. Verify timing, content, and triggers for all emails.
c. Document any missing, incorrect, or inconsistent email sequences.

4. Feature Documentation
a. Maintain an organized list of all app features, noting their status:
a.1. Functional
a.2. Partially Functional
a.3. Not Yet Working
b. Provide detailed descriptions of how each feature operates and any known issues.

5. User Feedback Simulation
a. Simulate user actions to identify pain points and potential obstacles.
b. Propose actionable recommendations for improving user experience.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
a. Work closely with developers, project managers, marketing team, and customer support teams to provide detailed insights.
b. Communicate testing results and documentation updates clearly to all stakeholders.

7. Reporting & Documentation
a. Create a comprehensive report summarizing findings, testing progress, and feature documentation.
b. Maintain version-controlled documentation to reflect app updates and new features.

Requirements
- Ability to perform daily testing and monitoring with consistency.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with automated email systems and workflows (e.g., triggered email sequences).
- Basic understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear feedback and updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
