DATABASE/SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGERS (LOFTY CRM - Must have experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking a experienced skilled Database Manager who is proficient in Lofty CRM. MUST HAVE experience with LOFTY CRM in Real Estate. Working knowledge of other CRMs is a plus. The ideal candidate will manage databases effectively, utilize automation tools, and support marketing efforts. Qualifications:
Working Experience with various CRMs such as Lofty (Mandatory) is a must
Knowledge of Follow Up Boss, Salesforce and Zapier would be nice to have
Familiar with tools such as Dropbox and Trello
Graphic design skills with a portfolio.
Working knowledge of Canva
Capable of creating simple marketing designs.
Ability to send marketing materials via CRMs
Experience and Knowledge working with US Real Estate clients is required

Willing to work in US time zone.
Excellent Written Communication Skills.
Stable internet connection with a backup for interruptions.
Positive and professional attitude.
Proactive, Resourceful and Independent.
Proficiency in scheduling and automation.


What We Offer:
$5.50/hr starting rate, with potential for salary increase after 3 months.
Performance based bonuses
