JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a hard working individual to join our Data Entry department for our Real Estate company, that’s continuously expanding nationwide in the USA .We are Seeking a individual who is willing to learn , detail oriented, fast worker / learner ,and has experience in REAL ESTATE DATA ENTRY

TRAINING:

to be hired for this job, you must pass our training which consist of training videos + instruction sheet
Detailing how to gather data for each stage, you will also be given the same task, in the training video to complete.
PLEASE NOTE- ONCE HIRED YOU WILL BE PAID $50 FOR THE TRAINING

WORK SCHEDULE:
FULL-TIME
Monday - Friday
9:00am - 5:00pm USA Eastern Standard Time (Est)

PAY STRUCTURE
-$600 USD starting (PAY PERIOD WILL BE $300 BI-WEEKLY)
-$50-$100 BONUSES PER CLOSINGS
- 13th Month, IF BONUSES DO NOT EXCEED MONTHLY PAY IN A YEAR


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Data Entry through online sources
2. Ensure all collected data is accurate
3.Perform Due Diligence on properties by researching and collecting notes via provided websites

REQUIREMENTS:

>MUST USE A DUAL MONITOR (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU WORK FROM A LAPTOP)
ALSO IF YOU WORK USING ONE MONITOR & LAPTOP APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE REVIEWED

>INTERENET SPEED MUST BE ABOVE 200
> Excellent English understanding, and reading skills
> ability to focus on tasks for long periods of time
> MUST HAVE 2 MONITORS TO WORK FROM( CANNOT DO THIS JOB USING A LAPTOP)
> Must be able to work well with otters , a great team player!!
>be able to use google workspace to communicate and see task
>High-speed internet / Stable internet
> Reliable & Hardworking
>Data entry experience
>Ability to multitask, and meet deadlines
>Strong attention to detail
>Ability to identify discrepancies and correct them,
>Google sheets experience
