Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Support Representative based in the Philippines to join our dynamic support team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone,
- Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolve complaints effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going the extra mile to address their needs.
• Problem Solving:
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information and solutions.
• Documentation and Reporting:
- Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in the customer support system.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on company policies and new product features.

Requirements:
• Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Customer Support Representative or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and software (e.g., Instagram,
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Skills:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers, especially in challenging situations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required.
