JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Support Representative based in the Philippines to join our dynamic support team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolve complaints effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going the extra mile to address their needs.

• Problem Solving:
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information and solutions.

• Documentation and Reporting:
- Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in the customer support system.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on company policies and new product features.

Requirements:
• Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Customer Support Representative or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and software (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

• Skills:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers, especially in challenging situations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with international clients.
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
