About the Role

We are looking for a 24/7 Technical Customer Support Representative to assist riders and drivers with technical issues, troubleshoot app-related concerns, and provide top-tier customer service for our car-sharing platform. You will work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction around the clock.

Key Responsibilities:

???? Provide real-time support via phone, chat, email, and social media.
???? Assist drivers and riders with app-related issues, login problems, payment concerns, and trip errors.
???? Troubleshoot GPS, connectivity, and vehicle access problems.
???? Escalate complex technical issues to the engineering team when necessary.
???? Guide customers through self-service options and app functionalities.
???? Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software.
???? Ensure quick response times and high customer satisfaction scores.
???? Collaborate with other teams to improve service efficiency.

Requirements:
? 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in a tech or transportation industry.
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical issues.
? Fluent communication skills (written and verbal).
? Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
? Familiarity with CRM tools, live chat platforms, and ticketing systems.
? Basic understanding of mobile apps, GPS, and payment systems.
? Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
? Able to answer calls emails and chat for the company
