JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Email Operations Managerr to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in spreadsheets, and have a strong work ethic. They will be responsible for responding to a high volume of emails, recording and organizing data in spreadsheets, and communicating with clients and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

-Respond to a high volume of incoming emails in a timely and professional manner
-Record and organize data related to the emails in spreadsheets
-Prioritize and manage urgent emails that require immediate attention
-Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner
-Manage and maintain an organized email inbox
-Collaborate with team members to ensure effective email management

Requirements:

-Proven experience in managing high volumes of emails in a professional setting
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
-Proficient in spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
-A positive and kind demeanor when communicating with others
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
