Customer support/ manager

We are looking for VAs to join our team as Customer Supporters/ Managers. If you’re enthusiastic about providing customer services, have strong communication skills, and are able to work under high pressure this job is for you!

Your Tasks:

Manage and handle customer interactions to ensure a good experience for the customer.
Address customer requests and provide a customized service to the client.
Communication with our team and other sales representatives.

Qualifications:

Very good English
Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
A learning attitude and the ability to handle diverse customer needs.
Prior experience in customer service or chat management is a plus but not required.
