We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to ensure a seamless experience for our clients participating in our courses and webinars. This is a part-time, gig-based position, ideal for someone looking for work during the holiday season.
Key Responsibilities:
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries via
-Assist clients with technical issues, including login or platform navigation problems;
-Provide clear and friendly guidance on course schedules and requirements;
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure an exceptional user experience;
-Collaborate with the team during the launch of our new project on December 18th, 2024.
Requirements:
-Willing to learn new skills
-Strong written communication skills in English;
-Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset;
-Familiarity with NLP, coaching, or hypnosis is a bonus but not required;
-Availability to work during US time zones, specifically between Eastern Time (EST) and Pacific Time (PST);
-Availability to work from December 18th to early January 2025, covering key holiday periods.
