As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients by setting up and programming online ordering systems, self-ordering kiosks, POS systems, and more. We are a one-stop shop for restaurant technology solutions, and your contributions will directly impact the success of our clients.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Keeping tasks and projects on track to ensure timely completion
Conducting research and analyzing data on various topics
Maintaining and updating projects as needed
Communicating with team members and clients through multiple channels such as WhatsApp, Instant Message, Email, and Calls
Providing daily updates on pending and completed activities
In order to excel in this role, you must have a good quality headset and reliable internet connection, as well as a webcam for virtual meetings. Prompt communication is essential, so having WhatsApp for real-time messaging is a must.
