Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via
Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, and general support, offering personalized solutions and guidance.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, such as order discrepancies, delivery concerns, and product inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Provide product recommendations and advice to customers based on their needs and preferences.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and escalate unresolved matters when necessary.
Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction metrics, striving to meet or exceed targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer support or a related role, preferably in an ecommerce environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and order management systems is preferred.

Flexibility to work during peak hours, weekends, and holidays to meet customer support demands.
