What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries via
Manage orders, refunds, and shipping inquiries through Shopify
Provide friendly and solution-oriented support to our customers
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
Identify common issues and suggest improvements to processes
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with Shopify (a must!)
Strong written communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
A problem-solving mindset and a customer-first attitude
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in e-commerce or dropshipping is a bonus but not required
