JOB OVERVIEW

Who are we?

We are a fast-paced 8 figure dropshipping company that runs multiple international ecommerce stores using Shopify. Now the whole team live and work all around the world remotely.

At the moment, we are expanding our business and are looking for new talents for our team to help us achieve goals more efficiently.

Whom do we search for?

We have been selling in EU markets for a while and using processors such as Credit Card and Paypal, but we are searching for somebody we can hold the backend smooth like a charm.

Scaling a business is nice, but the person who will be able to make sure that:

- Our backend is good and we keep a maximum of 3 hour response rate on tickets

- Make sure we don't sell products which are bringing lots of complaints

- Make sure that our products get delivered on time

- Knows how to deal with Klarna and Credit Card disputes and keep it under 1% dispute rate.

Your tasks:

- Your main task will being responsible for the customer service and logistics and chain supply management.

We have currently 10 members working in the backend and 3 more persons which are responsible for the disputes of the payment processors we receive.

It is important for us that we have someone in our team who can handle the persons which are all working in charge of the orders.

So it is quite important to have knowledge on order fulfillment, shipping times from china and the inventory planning

- You should be able to manage a team and also have knowledge about different shipment methodes from China. Your task is to have a good relationship with our agent.

Its also important to make constant new deals and try to lower the product prices as much as possible.

- You should be familiar with Shopify, dropshipping stores. Please mention it explicitly in your application.
- Strong written communication in english
- Using or be able to learn modern technologies like Wechat, GoogleDrive, Shopify, and other team communication channels.
