What You'll Own:
? Build meaningful relationships with customers across all channels and keep them happy
? Take full ownership of customer issues from first contact to resolution, raising critical issues with the business team with suggested solutions
? Take the initiative to identify and implement process improvements based on customer feedback
? Develop and document best practices for customer support team to learn and grow
? Proactively spot trends and suggest solutions before they become problems
? Shape the future of our customer experience through innovative ideas
