JOB OVERVIEW

ROL
You will be in charge of the customer service department. Your main job is to ensure that the customers of our stores have a great customer service experience based on your management skills. You will help customer service with helpful information, answering questions and responding to complaints from the customers of 2 stores. You should also know how to handle disputes of Klarna, Paypal and Shopify payments and keep them as low as possible. We are looking for someone who has done this for several dropship companies and has experience with this. Someone who is an expert in handling Klarna, Paypal and Shopify disputes. The stores are in 2 markets, 1 in Germany and the other in Italy. Work is to be done in 3 parts of the day, morning, afternoon and late afternoon/evening. You will ensure that you and your team meet KPIs and work consistently towards the company's goals. You will also create weekly reports in line with our customer service KPIs that are data-driven. We want to continue to grow and expand our team with employees who also want to grow in our company!

RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the customer service departments of 2 of our stores- Responsible for achieving KPIs and sending reports to the general manager- Ensuring a great customer service experience
-Keeping the dispute rate as low as possible and looking for improvements- Responsible for the customer service department to achieve the KPIs and if not get the results back on track- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as needed- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process- Up to date and follow customer service macros, standard and policies

RESULTS
All customer inquiries are answered within 24 hours - All customer problems and questions are resolved - Target KPIs are met - Customers are highly satisfied with your customer service team - Manage and control the customer service department without assistance

REQUIREMENTS
You are a people person and you really care about people - You are fluent in English - You have good management skills

-Required to grow in the company.
