Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer disputes related to Klarna and PayPal payments, refunds, and chargebacks
- Respond to customer inquiries via
- Investigate and resolve complaints promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Provide clear and effective communication to customers, ensuring a positive experience
- Work closely with internal teams to find solutions to customer issues and improve service quality
- Stay up-to-date with Klarna, PayPal, and EU consumer protection regulations
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system and escalate cases when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, with specific expertise in Klarna and PayPal dispute resolution
- Strong written communication skills for professional
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints with patience and empathy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer inquiries and cases
- Familiarity with EU consumer rights and regulations
- Fluent in English (additional EU languages are a plus)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely
