JOB OVERVIEW

As a Customer Support/Client Acquisition Executive, you will be at the forefront of delivering top-tier customer support across various channels, driving client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. You will engage with clients directly to foster relationships, showcase our product’s unique features, and contribute to our growth through upselling and strategic retention initiatives.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:
*Client Growth and Retention: Leverage your sales and client acquisition expertise to proactively identify growth opportunities, suggest upsells, and implement client retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
*Provide Exceptional Customer Support: Handle client inquiries and support requests via live chat, email, and other channels, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
*Conduct Software Demos: Deliver engaging and informative product demos to showcase our software’s unique features, driving client interest and adoption.
*Data Management and Analysis: Use Excel and other data analysis tools to track and analyze customer data, supporting informed decision-making and continuous improvement in service quality.
*CRM Management: Track, log, and manage customer interactions within our CRM system, maintaining detailed, up-to-date records to facilitate streamlined client follow-ups and resolutions.
*Collaboration with Tech Team: Work closely with our technical team to resolve complex client issues, and relay valuable client feedback to drive product development and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications:
*Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or customer support roles.
*Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver engaging and persuasive product demos.
*Proficiency in CRM systems and Excel for effective customer data management and analysis.
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to address client needs effectively across multiple channels.
*A team-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to collaboration with technical and product development teams.
