We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative who is proficient in German to join our dynamic team.

*Role Overview:*
As a Customer Support Representative at DRINI you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers. You will provide outstanding support via email, chat, and phone, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to help our customers.

*Working Hours*
You can work during Philippine or CET hours. Whatever suits you best.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in German.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.
- Document customer interactions and manage customer accounts in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

*Qualifications:*
- Proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Empathy and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
