Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Type of Employment: Full-time
Work Hours: EST time zone
- Hours per Week: 50 hours/week
- Work Schedule: 8 AM - 4 PM, Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

Job Summary: We are seeking a personable and dedicated Customer Service Agent to manage client interactions and ensure their needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer client calls and address their needs
- Manage and assign care workers
- Arrange and coordinate services for clients

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong English proficiency with minimal accent
- Highly organized
- Proficient in Excel

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $5/hr + bonuses
Benefits Offered: Healthcare, SSS, etc. reimbursement after 3-month probationary period
