Role Overview
As a Customer Support VA, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive prompt, friendly, and helpful support. You will handle inquiries via
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via
Provide accurate information about products, shipping, and order status
Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges in line with company policies
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate tea
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction by identifying common issues and suggesting solutions
Assist in updating FAQs and customer support documentation
Requirements
Fluent in English
Previous experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple inquiries at once
Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, or similar)
Basic knowledge of supplements or health & wellness products is a plus
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
