JOB OVERVIEW

We sell a customizable print on demand product that requires multiple steps after it's ordered before it can be shipped. This would be getting the custom files from customers, uploading them into our system and then sending to our design team so they can be created. After design team finishes, you would push the order through to production ensuring there are no missing files or order information. In addition to moving the order from new to production, you would be handling the email communications with customers. We have emails that will be automatically sent to them on each step including reminders to customers if we still haven't received their files, but sometimes they may ask questions like "where's my order" or they need help with sending their files and you would reply. Our product is a highly emotional and great gift that customers love receiving, but every step on the backend slows down the time they receive it so we're looking for a friendly but efficient customer support specialist to help with our brand. Using our order system is very easy (upload files, click 1 button, move on to next order) with slack alerts on the status so everyone on team is informed. But speed from all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers is important to us to decrease the time from new order to production so customers can get their orders delivered faster. Customer communication channel is email and team communication is in slack.
