Customer Support - Virtual Assistant

Lightspeed Studios LLC is looking for virtual assistants in the field of customer support.

You are looking for any of the following?

Then we at Lightspeed Studios LLC would like to tell you a bit about ourselves and what we look for.
We are a company that currently works with over 50 virtual assistants for almost 3 years now and we are searching for new talent!

What we look for in new talent:
- loyalty
- good english skills (preferably worked in customer support via phone before)
- fast internet connection
- you are available to work on a fixed schedule (we consider your preferences for work times), 40-70 hours per week (7 days a week are possible with off-days being possible if discussed beforehand, 6 days a week are possible but may be less prioritized in the application process), besides this full-time position we currently also offer a part-time work of 6-20 hours per week (working only on Saturdays or Sundays or both)
- you consider yourself hard-working and productive
- you can take criticism (positive and negative feedbacks)
- high emotional intelligence and empathy
- preferably interested in a longterm cooperation
