???? About the Role:
We are a growing real estate media production company based in the U.S. and are looking for a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to help manage client follow-ups and feedback outreach. This role involves texting a select number of real estate agents weekly to gather feedback, ensuring we maintain a high standard of service and build lasting relationships with our clients.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Client Feedback Outreach (Texting):
Send personalized follow-up texts to at least 7 agents per week using a pre-written message.
Maintain a record of who has already received recent messages to avoid spamming clients.
Implement a cooldown period between outreach messages for recurring clients.
Track all outreach activity in a spreadsheet or CRM for transparency and scheduling.
Follow-up Calls (As Needed):
If a client responds with complex concerns or detailed feedback, escalate to a phone call to gather more in-depth insight (scripts and support will be provided).
Take notes and summarize key takeaways from calls for internal use.
???? Qualifications:
Excellent written and spoken English (neutral accent preferred for calls)
Friendly, professional communication style
Strong attention to detail and ability to track outreach activity
Previous experience in customer support, real estate, or virtual assistance is a plus
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment for making calls

Experience using CRM tools or spreadsheets to track communication
Familiarity with U.S.-based real estate or media services
