Customer Support VA

Looking for a customer support agent to answer emails, handle returns, and refunds, handle chargeback cases, communicate with suppliers, and everything regarding the customer support side, with potentially other opportunities and room to grow.

We’re looking for someone who can grow alongside our brand, someone teachable/a quick learner that we can train up and eventually work towards leading a team or managing other employees. If you can not handle pressure or multiple tasks and easily get overwhelmed, please do not apply.

We’re looking for full-time employees to grow with our brands but starting would be part-time and hours will rise depending on email volume.
