About the Role
As our Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the voice of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive, lasting impression. You'll handle various communication channels and work proactively to resolve customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via
